Right here in the heart of our community, we have opened up a dedicated wing of our school building to offer cozy, budget-friendly office spaces for our community. Whether you are a freelancer tired of working from the kitchen table, a remote employee needing a quiet zone, or a local startup ready for your first official address, we are happy to welcome you in.

Our Spaces

We’ve set up these rooms to give you a comfortable, private place to get things done, with all the essentials you need to thrive.​

  • Your Own Private Entrance: Even though we are located inside the school building, the offices are tucked away in their own entirely separate wing. You will have a dedicated, private entrance, keeping your workday completely peaceful and independent from the school’s daily activities.

  • Cozy & Versatile Rooms: Each room offers 80 square feet of personal workspace. We can provide them fully furnished so you can move right in and start working, or completely empty if you prefer to bring your own favorite desk and make the space your own.

  • Welcoming & Accessible: A built-in accessibility ramp at our private entrance ensures that you, your clients, and your guests can visit comfortably and safely.

  • Shared Amenities: All office guests have easy access to two clean, shared restrooms located right inside our private wing.

  • An Extra Room for Big Ideas: If you ever need to host a workshop, gather a small team, or meet face-to-face with clients, we have a separate meeting room available to rent whenever you need the extra space.

Timing That Works for You

We offer flexible rental agreements designed to accommodate your specific operational timeline.​​

Long-Term Leases

Available by the month or through extended seasonal agreements to establish a stable, permanent location for your business.

Short-Term Rentals

Available by the day or week for temporary projects, short-term assignments, or occasional remote work.
